Healing doesn’t have to mean only revisiting the hard moments. It is my intention to blend the tender and the joyful, the challenging and the pleasurable. This creates a pathway where your nervous system can stay grounded rather than overwhelmed, honoring slow, embodied processing.

Together, we will create gentle, curious spaces to explore your inner and outer landscapes. Not to fix, but to be with what arises. To witness, hold, and be present for all that lives within and around you— through the wisdom of your primal animal body.

My work centers around guiding women back home to their bodies— their inner wisdom, their pleasure, and their feminine power.

Trauma is “too much, too fast, too soon.” These sessions offer the gentle, spacious antidote.

What to Expect in a Somatic Emotional Integration Session:

We are made to heal in connection and in community— not in isolation.
Healing is not something we’re meant to do alone. In our work together, you'll be supported in a space of care, presence, and nervous system attunement.

Often, we move through life disconnected from our bodies. In a culture that often prioritizes speed, productivity, and performance, it’s common to feel disembodied or burnt out. Our nervous systems are overtaxed, and we may not even realize how much we’ve been holding.

Somatics invites us to slow down and listen. In these sessions, we gently begin the process of coming back to the body. Through guided awareness, movement, breath, and nervous system education, we reconnect with the innate wisdom that lives within.

Somatic work is not about fixing— it’s about deep listening, curiosity, and creating the conditions for the body to feel safe enough to soften, release, and re-pattern.

Here are some of the gentle practices apart of the sessions:

  • Grounding – You’ll be invited to place your attention in your body and your connection to support (for example, noticing how your feet meet the floor, how your body is held, how the breath flows).

  • Resourcing – Together we’ll identify and strengthen internal or external “anchors” of safety and stability (such as a felt sense of support, a calming memory, or relationship to place).

  • Breath & Movement Awareness – Using simple movements and gentle breath work, we’ll invite your nervous system to shift and begin to register new sensations of ease, rest, or flow.

  • Body‑Scan & Sensation Inquiry – With curiosity instead of judgment, we’ll explore where tension, comfort, or holding might live in your body, allowing your deeper wisdom to show up.

  • Nervous System Education & Integration – We’ll learn how your nervous system tends to respond (e.g., alert, freeze, collapse) and how you can begin to access different responses through felt experience.

Curious about working together?
This is a free call where we can connect, explore what Somatic Emotional Integration Sessions are, and feel into whether we’re a good fit.

This work is slow, intentional, and unfolds over time. It’s not meant to be a one-time experience. For meaningful integration and support, I generally recommend a minimum of 6–8 sessions.

That said, I understand that everyone’s needs and circumstances are different— and I may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis

“The essence of trauma is a disconnect from yourself. Therefore the essence of healing is not just from the past but a reconnection to yourself in the present.”— Gabor Mate
